Anti-Harassment Declaration


Harassment in the workplace is an intolerable act that not only infringes on an individual’s dignity and personal rights, undermining mutual trust, but may also threaten the mental and physical well-being of those affected. It obstructs employees from fully demonstrating their abilities, disrupts workplace order and daily operations, and can lead to the loss of trust and credibility from stakeholders — posing serious consequences for any organization.

At Hero Electric Co., Ltd., we recognize our responsibility to build a respectful, healthy, and vibrant work environment for all employees. We are committed to seriously preventing harassment and will take all necessary and appropriate measures, as outlined below.

  1. Hero Electric does not tolerate the following forms of harassment:

 (1) Acts considered to be power harassment (abuse of authority).
 (2) Acts considered to be sexual harassment.
 (3) Acts related to pregnancy, childbirth, or childcare leave that may constitute harassment.
 (4) Acts considered to be customer harassment (harassment by clients or customers).
 (5) Any act that infringes on an individual’s dignity or personality, causing psychological or physical harm.

2. We have established a dedicated consultation desk to handle concerns and complaints related to workplace harassment.

3. When a report is received, we will promptly and accurately investigate the facts. If harassment is confirmed, we will take appropriate measures both to protect and support the victim and to hold the offender accountable.

4. If an employee is found to have engaged in harassment, we will take strict disciplinary action in accordance with company regulations and ensure that effective measures are implemented to prevent recurrence.

5. We will ensure that no one is subjected to disadvantageous treatment — not only those who seek consultation, but also those who cooperate in fact-finding investigations.
