Promoting Disaster Risk Reduction Based on Our Business Continuity Enhancement Plan<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hero Electric has been officially certified for its Business Continuity Enhancement Plan by the Kanto Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry under Japan\u2019s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.We are working to strengthen our resilience and adaptability in the face of climate-related and natural disasters.In the event of severe or large-scale unforeseen disasters, we will act in accordance with our certified plan to minimize operational disruptions and achieve swift recovery, while fulfilling our social responsibilities to stakeholders and the local community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hero Electric underwent the renewal review process of Saitama Prefecture\u2019s \u201cCertified Company for Diverse Workstyles\u201d program, led by the Workstyle Promotion Division of the Department of Industry and Labor.We were awarded the highest \"Platinum\" certification on October 1, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On June 25, 2024, Hero Electric received official certification for its Business Continuity Enhancement Plan from the Kanto Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry under Article 56, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Enhancement of Core Business Capabilities of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises.This certification is based on our pre-established guidelines for disaster prevention and mitigation, which we have developed as part of our proactive approach to future resilience.<\/p>\n\n\n
